🔄 Returns

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some products are exempt from being returned, including:

Custom or personalised items (e.g. sleeves made to order with names, dates, or designs).

Items returned outside the 14-day window.

Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).
📦 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

📮 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
