Refund & Returns Policy

At mysleeve.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🔄 Returns

  • You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In the original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us at mysleeve@identityprinting.co.uk with your order number and details of the product.


💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised items (e.g. sleeves made to order with names, dates, or designs).

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window.

  • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).


📦 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at mysleeve@identityprinting.co.uk.


📮 Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
